Client Accused of Homicide Found “Not Guilty”

Client was accused of homicide. Our investigation revealed that the prosecution failed to disclose exculpatory evidence as to prior identifications of another as the shooter.  The trial jury was informed of this misconduct and our client was found  “not guilty” in less than two hours.
